About People First NL
People First of Newfoundland and Labrador works to educate and advocate about issues that are important to people with intellectual disabilities. PFNL is directed and controlled by the individuals who make up the membership. Members are people who have been labelled with an intellectual disability.
The first chapter of PFNL was founded in the late 1980s in the Gander/Gambo area.
